Bio

Grégoire Heuzé is a Partner in the Centerview Partners Paris office and has over 20 years of investment banking experience across a wide range of industries. He also served as Advisor to the French Prime Minister Dominique de Villepin from 2005 to 2007. Mr. Heuzé joined Centerview Partners in 2021 to support the development of its activities in Continental Europe. His banking experience includes advising the largest companies in France and in Europe such as Engie, LafargeHolcim, LVMH, International Power, GBL, Danone, EDF... Large French transactions include the £ 12 bn of minority squeeze-out of International Power (2013), the € 6 bn disposal of LVMH stake in Hermès(2014), the € 12 bn tender offer on minority shareholders of Christian Dior (2017), the €6.5 bn disposal of Christian Dior Couture to LVMH (2017). Cross border transactions include the € 35 bn merger of International Power and Engie’s international assets (2011), the € 40 bn merger of Lafarge and Holcim (2014-2015), the € 6 bn Pargesa-GBL merger (2020), the defense of Nissan in the aborted merger between Renault and Fiat (2019). Before joining Centerview Partners, Mr. Heuzé spent 15 years at Rothschild & Cie where he was a Partner in M&A. Mr. Heuzé is a graduate of Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and from ESSEC business school. He received a master’s degree in Medieval History from the Sorbonne University.
