Graham joined the Debt Advisory team in June 2019 to expand the team following the merger of finnCap and Cavendish, known collectively as finnCap Group. Since joining, Graham has executed a number of significant debt financing transactions including Kape Technologies Plc and Iofina Plc. Prior to joining finnCap Group Graham spent 30 years at Natwest where he worked in a variety of roles including Large Corporate Relationship Management, Mid-Market Structured Finance, SME Origination and Client Remediation. Graham has led numerous financings for his clients over recent years, including acquisition financing for a number of FTSE250 businesses, a number of mid-market IPOs and new milestone debt facilities for growing SMEs. Graham holds Diplomas in both Financial Services Management and Chartered Banker Lending Skills.
