Bio

Warren H. Feder is the co-founder of the investment banking group at Carl Marks Advisory Group LLC. He has more than 30 years of experience directing and advising on corporate mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, leveraged buyouts, sourcing of capital, and investing. As a former owner and operator of a family business, Mr. Feder brings unique insight and perspective to owners of privately-held businesses with regard to helping assess their strategic options. Mr. Feder customizes creative solutions that are distinct to each situation, which maximize value for his clients and carry transactions through to a successful close. Mr. Feder graduated magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Williams College, received a JD from New York University School of Law, and a MA in Philosophy from New York University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. He is registered with FINRA as a General Securities Principal and holds Series 7, 24, and 63 certifications.
