Bio

Mr. Huré is a mergers and acquisitions specialist who has spent his entire career in the United States advising clients on both domestic and cross-border strategic and financial assignments. He has counseled leading corporations on a number of landmark transactions in a variety of industry sectors and geographies, including North America, Europe and Asia. Mr. Huré’s transactional experience covers mergers, acquisitions, corporate investments, divestitures, partnerships, alliances, joint ventures and other value-creating transactions. He has advised clients globally on a variety of complex and highly successful transactions across many sectors, including technology, media, consumer products, retail / e-commerce, industrials, specialty finance and healthcare. Prior to co-founding CapM, Mr. Huré was a Vice President at Sonenshine Partners, a mergers and acquisitions firm based in New York City, where he spent ten years advising clients on several high profile and industry-redefining transactions. These transactions were the result of the relationships that Mr. Huré developed during his years of mergers and acquisitions experience. Mr. Huré was personally involved in the origination and execution of the majority of the firm's highest profile mergers, acquisitions and strategy mandates for clients such as Realtime Technology, Highmark Health, Lavazza, Optical Distributor Group, Genesis Lease, kenko.com, Clearlab, drugstore.com, ProQuest, 1-800 CONTACTS, Beverages & More, Hoya, skinstore.com, Trent (a Tata company), Essilor, Kenneth Cole, Harman Industries, Atrica and Walgreens. Mr. Huré is a native of France and is an Executive Member of the French American Chamber of Commerce in New York, a non-for-profit membership association that supports strong economic relations between France and the United States and that helps finance the training and education of the next generation of transatlantic business leaders.
