Bio

Nicolas is a Partner of Capitalmind. He’s been actively involved in the development of the Paris office, which he joined in the early days in 2003. He teams up with large corporates, entrepreneurs, families and private equity houses on supporting them in accelerating, financing and monetizing their business assets (through divestitures, carve outs, and buy-outs). Over the past 20 years, Nicolas has been assisting clients across the Industrials and Business Services sectors. He also gained significant expertise into sub-sectors such as Beauty, Personal & Home Care, Animal Care and specialty chemicals. As Franco-German, he also enjoys working with French businesses on expanding their operations in the German market. He holds an MBA from EM Lyon Business School. He is fluent in French, English and German.
