Bio

Fabien is a partner of Capitalmind. He has over 20 years of experience advising companies in raising financings (bank debt, private placements, bond issues, hybrid capital). Before leading the Debt Advisory practice of Capitalmind in France, Fabien had worked in the structured finance teams of Bank of Scotland and Lloyds. He then launched the mid-market rating activities at Standard & Poor’s and joined Degroof Petercam where he was in charge of the origination and execution of financing transactions on behalf of entrepreneurs and family groups. Fabien graduated from Sciences Po Paris, the SFAF and has an MBA from INSEAD.
