Nicolas is a Director at Capital SCF where he specialises in the IT and Engineering Services sectors. He was previously Head of M&A at Altran, the French engineering services company, for 6 years where he executed several M&A transactions both on the buy-side and sell-side. Prior to that he was an equity research analyst at HSBC for 15 years covering US and European IT Services companies.
