Howard Harris joined Canec in 2010 as a consulting partner to reinforce its US presence and to provide expertise in the electronic manufacturing services (EMS), electrical/electronic components, and automotive industries. Howard’s special areas of expertise include structuring and negotiating M&A transactions with an emphasis on cross-border deals. He has over 20 years experience in managing various forms of strategic growth, alliance and restructuring. Prior to joining Canec, Howard was the Director of corporate development/M&A at various global corporations such as Jabil Circuit, Textron Automotive, and AMP (now Tyco Electronics). He led teams that accomplished over 30 acquisitions in North and South America, Eastern and Western Europe, and Asia. Howard has a B.S. in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a J.D. from The Ohio State University College of Law.
