Bio

Natan has more than fourteen years of experience in lending, capital raising, and M&A. He joined Candlewood in the summer of 2015 after spending seven years in commercial banking at Fifth Third Bank. His transaction experience includes acquisitions, working capital and fixed asset financing, syndicated loans, cash flow loans, special situations, and restructurings. Natan’s responsibilities at Candlewood include managing relationships with clients and lending partners and overseeing marketing, diligence, and closing processes. Natan and his family recently relocated to South Florida. In Cleveland, he served as a board member of the Cleveland Jewish Federation and was Board Chair of the Federation’s Young Leadership Division in 2018. He now serves on the Business & Professional Cabinet of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County and is active in professional organizations such as ACG, TMA, and IFA.
