Rob Levy is a Managing Director in the Syndicated and Leveraged Finance team of KeyBanc Capital Markets. Rob joined KBCM in 2013 and has almost 20 year of experience in debt financing and debt advisory transactions. He is responsible for the origination, structuring and distribution of syndicated loans for public and private clients with a focus in the healthcare sector. Rob has led transactions for a variety of purposes including acquisition financing, growth capital, and dividend recapitalizations. Select and recent healthcare financing transactions include the $1.4 billion senior secured credit facility for VSP Optical Group, the $450 million senior credit facility for PetIQ, and the $1.0 billion senior secured credit facility for Integer Corp. Prior to joining KeyBanc Capital Markets, Rob worked for Peter J. Solomon Co, a boutique investment bank in New York, as well as the Leveraged Finance group at JPMorgan Chase. Rob graduated from Middlebury College with a BA in International Politics and Economics and earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Rob holds his Series 79 and 63 licenses.
