Maura Davalos is a Director in the Healthcare Public Finance Group. Ms. Davalos joined Cain Brothers in August, 2020 and is responsible for originating and underwriting FHA insured financing for hospital and health systems. Ms. Davalos has over 20 years of experience in the FHA hospital program. Ms. Davalos has participated in over $2.5 billion in FHA hospital financing and will assist with expanding the hospital finance business. Prior to joining Cain Brothers, Ms. Davalos was a Senior Vice President at AMS Health Care Mortgage Corporation working with hospital clients.
