Jonah Schutzman is a Vice President focused on advising both public and private companies in a variety of merger and acquisition, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions. Jonah joined Cain Brothers (KeyBanc Capital Markets) in 2012 and has over 9 years of experience advising companies in the healthcare sector. His notable transactions include the sales of North Carolina Retina Associates, VitreoRetinal Surgery, Retina Consultants of Houston and Retina Group of Florida to Retina Consultants of America (a portfolio Company of Webster Equity Partners), the sale of Excellis Health Solutions to NNIT, the sale of Citra Health Solutions (a portfolio Company of Great Point Partners) to Cedar Gate Technologies (a portfolio Company of GTCR), the recapitalization of New York Bariatric Group with Sentinel Capital Partners and the sale of Florida Autism Center to BlueSprig Pediatrics. Jonah began his career at KeyBanc Capital Markets in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Jonah earned a BS in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
