Colby Kittrell is a Director in the Firm’s Corporate M&A Advisory practice. Mr. Kittrell joined Cain Brothers (KeyBanc Capital Markets) in 2013 and has over 6 years of experience in a variety of merger and acquisition, capital raising and capital markets transactions. Mr. Kittrell’s notable transactions since joining include the merger of Summit Medical Group and CityMD, the investment by Blue Cross of Idaho in Primary Health Medical Group, and the affiliation between Pacific Medical Centers and Providence Health & Services. Prior to joining KeyBanc Capital Markets, Mr. Kittrell was an Associate at Jefferies in their Healthcare Group where he focused on supporting M&A advisory and public equity and debt capital transactions for clients in the healthcare services sector. Mr. Kittrell’s prior experience also includes working for Deloitte Financial Advisory Services. Mr. Kittrell earned a BA in Economics and an MBA from the University of Rochester.
