Christian Pesci is a Managing Director focused on mergers & acquisitions and capital raising for clients in the broader physician and multi-site healthcare services sectors. Some of his focus areas include animal health, dental, outpatient physical therapy, urgent care and women’s health/fertility. Christian joined Cain Brothers in 2012 and has over 15 years’ experience advising companies in a variety of merger and acquisition, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions. Select and notable transactions of Christian’s include the sale of Leixir Dental Group to Comvest Partners, the recapitalization of AbsoluteCare by Kinderhook Industries, the sale of PetWell Partners to NVA, Amulet Capital’s formation of US Fertility, the sale of Long Island Veterinary Specialists to Compassion-First Pet Hospitals, Sun Capital’s acquisition of West Dermatology, the sale of e+CancerCare to Integrated Oncology Network and the sale of PHOENIX Rehabilitation to Audax Private Equity. Prior to joining Cain Brothers, Christian was an Associate Vice President in the healthcare investment banking group of Morgan Keegan. Christian began his investment banking career at Shattuck Hammond Partners, where he focused on supporting M&A advisory, tax-exempt capital markets, and strategic advisory assignments for clients in the healthcare services sector. Christian earned a BA in Economics from Colgate University.
