At Caddo Lake Capital, Ryan works to ensure his clients' expectations are not just met but exceeded. He's highly proficient executing all aspects of a transaction, both for his buy-side and sell-side clients. His attention to detail, financial modeling acumen and ability to synthesize complicated transactional information in a concise, meaningful way for his clients has proven invaluable. Ryan has led and assisted in transactions with aggregate values over $500 million. Industries covered throughout his career include aerospace, business services, consumer products, distribution, eCommerce, energy, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, tobacco and related nicotine products, technology, telecommunications, and others. Taking roads less traveled is what eventually led Ryan into his career as a successful middle-market M&A advisor. As an Army Ranger, he completed some of the military’s most grueling training while taking on the country’s most dangerous adversaries in Afghanistan and Iraq. As an entrepreneur and newly minted combat veteran, he started his own music production and engineering business in Los Angeles. Simultaneously, tapping into his ability to analyze risk and human behavior patterns, a new venture blossomed as a professional poker player. Before joining Caddo Lake Capital, Ryan was a Vice President with Allegiance Capital, a Dallas based middle-market investment bank. Ryan graduated from California Polytechnic State University, concentrating in finance and statistics.
