Chris is the Managing Partner of Bulger Partners, where he is the leader of the firm’s international strategy consulting, investment banking and growth equity activities. Chris is responsible for setting the firm’s strategic direction, managing the P&L and establishing the culture. In addition, he is the Managing Partner of the firm’s investment affiliate Bulger Capital Partners. Chris plays an active role in the investment banking practice. He leads transactions and advises both public and private companies on M&A, re-capitalization and financing engagements. Chris brings experience as lead adviser on over 150 transactions and has led the firm’s recently announced M&A deals such as the sale of Capsule Tech to Qualcomm and the sale of Mobile HeartBeat to HCA. For over three decades, Chris has been successful as an adviser, investment banker and investor in tech companies at all stages. He has advised early stage companies and established global leaders such as e*Trade, PayPal and Qualcomm. He has active expertise in a number of tech sectors including Healthcare IT, Ad-Tech and Marketing Automation, Infrastructure Software and Fin-Tech. Chris is currently a member of the board of Offerpop and the BELL Foundation. He received a BS in Engineering from Boston University and his MBA from Yale University.
