Matt is a Managing Director at Bryant Park Capital’s New York Office and has 16 years of investment banking experience. Matt joined Bryant Park Capital in February 2017 and is focused on sourcing, managing and executing capital raising and advisory assignments. Prior to joining BPC, Matt was a managing director at Brean Capital, a middle market investment banking boutique. At Brean, Matt successfully completed number of debt and equity capital raise transactions, with a focus on the specialty finance sector. Matt began his career as an analyst in the investment banking group at Jefferies & Company. Prior to Brean, Matt held senior investment banking roles with Imperial Capital, Gleacher & Company, and Sandler O’Neill. Across these roles, Matt has developed a niche in advising a middle market client base across diverse industry sectors. Matt received a Bachelor Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with concentrations in Finance and Management. He holds Series 7, Series 24, and Series 63 securities licenses.
