Bio

Mr. Bruml has been in the investment banking and private equity investment business since 1980. Since its formation in 1986, Bruml Capital Corporation has specialized in offering investment banking and financial advisory services to substantial, privately held companies involved in a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, specialty chemicals and capital goods. The aggregate value of transactions completed over this period is in excess of $1.5 billion. Mr. Bruml serves as a Director of several closely-held companies and is active in professional associations including as a former member of the Board of Directors of the Cleveland Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. Mr. Bruml currently serves as a Trustee of ideastream, the leading public media organization in Northeast Ohio, and is a member of the National Council of the University of Rochester, the Investment Committee of the Jewish Community Federation of Cleveland and the Finance Committee of St. Martin de Porres High School. From 1997 to 2012, Mr. Bruml was a member of the Board of Trustees of Hawken School where he chaired the Investment Committee. Mr. Bruml holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Rochester and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School.
