Michael Vinciguerra is a Director and senior member of BGL’s Environmental & Industrial Services team, where he brings significant experience advising companies in the specialty industrial services, special and solid waste, and field environmental service sectors. His extensive transaction expertise as an advisor to private, public, and private equity-backed companies encompasses mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, strategic alternatives, valuations, and other financial advisory assignments. Prior to joining BGL, Michael interned with the strategic finance group of a Fortune 500 company.
