Mr. Gandhi is a Managing Director with approximately 20 years of experience providing financial and strategic advisory services to management and shareholders of public and private companies, including exclusive sale assignments, acquisitions, divestitures, public debt and equity offerings, private debt and equity placements as well as various other strategic advisory engagements. Since joining Brookwood in 2011, Mr. Gandhi has focused on mergers and acquisitions related advisory services within the Consumer & Retail sector, specifically with companies in the Restaurant, Retail, Health & Wellness and Active Living industries. Additionally, Mr. Gandhi has a great breadth of experience working with franchised companies across these industries (both franchisors and multi-unit franchisees). Prior to joining Brookwood, Mr. Gandhi was a Vice President with Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s (“BAML”) investment banking division in New York. Prior to joining BAML, Mr. Gandhi worked as an analyst in the investment banking division of Wachovia Securities. Mr. Gandhi earned a Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) from Emory University where he concentrated in finance and international business.
