For the last 20 years, Michael Deleray has been an executive, consultant and investor in financial services businesses across the globe. Prior to Broadhaven, he was a founder of Bendigo Partners, a private investment and consulting firm, focused on opportunities in global, technology-driven financial services, where he remains an Advisory Member. Prior to founding Bendigo, Mr. Deleray was President of US Equity Services for Computershare, the world’s largest share registrar and employee share plan provider. In that capacity, he managed businesses with revenues in excess of $350 million and $125 million in EBITDA, executed $500 million in strategic transactions, and had responsibility for all aspects of Computershare’s US transfer agency business, servicing 2,500 corporate clients and 23 million of their shareholders. Prior to Computershare, he was CEO and Executive Director of E*TRADE Australia, a publicly listed company on the Australian Stock Exchange (sold to ANZ for $360 million). Mr. Deleray began his career on the retail side of Dean Witter Reynolds and Fidelity Investments, later becoming an executive with E*TRADE Financial. He served as Director of Solium Capital (TSE: SUM), a software-as-a-service company that specializes in the administration and execution of equity-based incentive and savings programs for corporations and employees. Mr. Deleray holds a B.A. in History from the University of California at Berkeley, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
