Jeffrey Appel has over 25 years of industry experience. He started his career as a Corporate Finance Banker at Thomson Mckinnon Healthcare Securities and then transitioned into Institutional Equity Sales and worked for C.J Lawrence, Salomon Brothers, Oppenheimer, and Vector Securities in that capacity. He was then the founder and Managing Member of Aeolus Capital Partners, LLC (an opportunistic small cap hedge fund). He then continued to raise structured equity and debt at Early Bird Capital, Merriman Curhan Ford, Broadband Capital, and Cohen& Co./PrinceRidge. He re-joined Broadband in 2013. Mr. Appel is a highly accomplished tennis player and was recently ranked #1 in the East and #12 in the United States in his age group. He is also the Captain of the 4 time reigning National Champion ( 2010,2011,2012,2013) Open Level Eastern National Team. Mr. Appel holds a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
