Mr. James is a Director at Blue Beacon Capital. He has over 8 years experience in investment banking across the communications and media industries. Most recently, Mr. James was a Senior Vice President at Merrill Lynch in the Communications & Media investment banking group. Mr. James was responsible for executing M&A, debt and equity financing transactions for corporate clients. During his tenure on Wall Street, Mr. James completed over $10 billion of transactions. Mr. James holds an MBA degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelors degree from Princeton University.
