Ryan Jackson is a Director of BlackArch. He has seven years of experience executing middle-market investment banking transactions, including sellside and buyside mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory assignments and financings. Mr. Jackson’s transaction experience includes a range of sectors including: Business & Professional Services; Energy; Healthcare Products & Services; Applied Technology & Digital Media; Aerospace, Defense & Government Services; Industrial Growth & Diversified Manufacturing; and Distribution & Supply Chain Management. Prior to joining BlackArch in 2010, Mr. Jackson was an analyst in the investment banking division of Morgan Joseph & Co. He left BlackArch in 2013 to earn his master’s degree, during which he worked as a private equity Associate at Concentric Equity Partners. Mr. Jackson earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration with distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master’s degree in business administration with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
