Bio

Cael Pulitzer is a Vice President of BlackArch. He has eight years of experience executing middle-market investment banking transactions, including sellside and buyside mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory and financings. Mr. Pulitzer has completed over 30 transactions and has experience across a range of sectors including: Aerospace, Defense & Government Services; Business & Professional Services; Distribution; Diversified Industrials; Infrastructure; and Paper & Packaging. Prior to BlackArch, Mr. Pulitzer was a Vice President in the middle market advisory practice at Lazard. Prior to Lazard, Mr. Pulitzer was with Jefferies LLC in the Industrials Investment Banking Group. Mr. Pulitzer earned his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University where he received a bachelor of arts in political science. He holds a master's degree in business administration with a concentration in corporate finance from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.
