Warren guides clients to successful transaction outcomes by providing dedicated and holistic project leadership throughout the entire engagement. He has spent his entire career working exclusively on M&A advisory and private capital raising for privately-held companies, helping dozens of owner-managers reach their goals. Prior to joining Bigelow, Warren worked at The Presidio Group, a San Francisco-based boutique financial advisory firm focused on investment banking, private equity, and wealth management services to entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses. Warren graduated from the UCLA Anderson School of Management with a Master of Business Administration and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University. Warren is FINRA licensed Series 63 and 79.
