Mike joined Berkery Noyes in 2019 and focuses primarily on middle-market technology companies in the Software & IT Services, Security & Automation, and Logistics & Supply Chain industries. He was most recently with Bank of America Merrill Lynch for seven years and boutique M&A firms BGL and Agile Equity for a combined four prior. Before switching careers, Mike held various Managerial / Engineering roles including Sprint’s National Operations Control Center, an automotive consultancy firm Bauer Controls and the wi-fi semiconductor startup Alantro Communications (acquired by Texas Instruments). Mike received his B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University and the University of Washington, respectively. He received his M.B.A. from the New York University Stern School of Business. Mike is series 79 & 63 licensed.
