Bio

Brendyn is a Managing Director at Berenson. He is involved in all aspects of investment origination and execution. Prior to joining Berenson, Brendyn was a Principal at Halyard Capital, a middle market private equity firm focused on tech-enabled business services. Brendyn has served on the Boards of TI Health, Stratex, Aberdeen Group, Jun Group, Practice Insight, HCPRO / Greeley Company and Engauge Marketing. Prior to Halyard Capital, Brendyn was an Analyst at Credit Suisse and J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Brendyn received his B.S. in Finance from Boston College.
