Bio

Amir is a Managing Director at Berenson and currently focuses on media, software, technology and business services. He has over 10 years of experience in investment banking and private equity investing and is a senior member of Berenson Capital, the firm’s private equity practice. Amir currently serves on the Board of Skience. Amir has experience working on a variety of transactions, including capital raises, restructurings, and sell side and buy side assignments, and across industries including technology, software, media, business services, real estate and energy. Amir graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Finance and a minor in Economics from Pace University.​
