Bio

Andreas Pabsch has been providing M&A and corporate finance advisory services for corporates and entrepreneurs for more than 18 years. During this time, Andreas has advised and assisted a large number of owners in making arrangements for corporate succession, selling and acquiring businesses and parts of businesses, and securing financing. Andreas Pabsch started his professional career in the investment banking division at Deutsche Bank AG in Frankfurt, where he provided advice on numerous corporate finance transactions. After that, he moved to Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie., in Cologne, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions involving businesses in the life sciences sector, especially in the fields of biotechnology and medical technology. His next position was with DB Consult GmbH, the M&A consulting arm of Deutsche Bank AG focusing on mid-sized companies, in Frankfurt, where he was involved in the sales of larger mid-sized companies across various industries. During his tenure there, Andreas has advised various German and pan-European financial investors. From 2007 to 2011 he was a partner at MCF Corporate Finance GmbH, in Hamburg. Since 2011, Andreas Pabsch has been working as an independent M&A and financial advisor for German and international clients. Andreas holds a university degree in economics (Dipl.-Volkswirt), is accredited by the Society of Investment Professionals in Germany (DVFA) as a financial analyst, and is a certified management assistant in wholesale and foreign trade. In addition to German, his native language, he speaks English, French, and Spanish fluently.
