Usmaan Kitchlew, based in our Toronto office, has more than 14 years of global experience in providing strategic and financial advice to entrepreneurs and company leaders. He has extensive M&A and corporate finance transaction expertise, working with public and private companies in the industrial, mining, oil & gas, infrastructure, hospitality, and business services sectors. Usmaan has extensive cross-border transaction experience after working in the U.S., Canada and internationally, in addition to leading transactions involving private equity and venture capital firms. Prior to BCMS, Usmaan was a Vice President of M&A at GulfMerger, a middle-market boutique advisory firm based in the Middle East. Usmaan was also a Vice President in the New York-based Technology Investment Banking Group at Thomas Weisel Partners (now Stifel), and a Director in Mergers & Acquisitions at CIBC World Markets in Toronto.
