Jon Byun is a senior deal leader at BCMS and has over 15 years of experience in the investment banking industry across several leading M&A firms. Prior to BCMS, Jon was a Director in the Corporate Finance Americas Group at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Jon has also worked as a Principal in the Global Industries M&A Group of Bank of America, as a Vice President in the US M&A Group of CIBC World Markets and as a Vice President/Associate in the Global M&A Group at Credit Suisse First Boston. Jon’s broad experience in M&A spans many industries, and across large and middle-market, public and private clients.
