Steven joined Bailey Southwell in 2017 to expand the firm’s tech-enabled services and healthcare technology sectors. With prior experience as both a banker and investor, Steven offers a unique perspective to each engagement and has experience executing M&A transactions, raising institutional capital, and other strategic advisory assignments across a variety of sectors. Before joining Bailey Southwell, Steven worked for Frontier Capital, a software and tech-focused private equity fund, and Brookwood Associates, a middle market investment bank. Steven began his career in investment banking with BB&T Capital Markets. Steven received a BSBA from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin. He holds both his Series 79 and 63 securities registrations and is registered with StillPoint Capital, member FINRA/SIPC.
