As a Co-Founder of Bailey Southwell, Jack’s intent was to build a client-first middle market investment bank delivering on a promise of exemplary client outcomes with senior-led transaction teams, deep sector expertise, and relationships that matter. Jack has extensive experience in advising healthcare and tech-enabled services companies in mergers & acquisitions and capital raising. The depth of sector expertise and relationships in the space enables Jack to offer ideas, solutions, and processes that offer exemplary client outcomes for BSC clients. With over 20 years of middle market deal experience, Jack has worked on over 75 sell-side, buy-side, and capital raising transactions, for both public and private companies. In addition, Jack has legal, international, and political experience. He received his J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School and served as Corporate and Securities Counsel in a national law firm and in a Fortune 500 company. Mr. Bailey has been involved in transactions involving companies in the Far East, South America, the Middle East and Europe. He has also worked as a Chief of Staff for a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives where he served as Chief Advisor to the Congressman on political, legislative, personnel and other matters. Mr. Bailey also served as an adjunct professor at Vanderbilt University for five years where he taught Entrepreneurship. Mr. Bailey holds his Series 79, 62, and 63 securities registrations and is registered with StillPoint Capital, member FINRA/SIPC.
