Tom Christiana, CPA, MST, is a partner in Aronson’s Tax Services Group. He has more than 20 years of tax experience in both public accounting and in private industry, supporting clients across a wide range of industries. Throughout his professional career, Tom has been instrumental in providing creative and effective tax consulting and transactional planning (from inception through implementation) for both clients and portfolio companies in the private equity industry. Tom has outstanding experience with many of the tax issues affecting government contractors and, in particular, technology companies. That experience includes assisting his clients with significant C corporation and consolidated tax return issues.
