Joined Arma in 2018. Fabian has over 10 years’ experience in M&A and his expertise spans several verticals including software, industrial technologies and communications technologies. Previously, Fabian was a Director at Mooreland Partners where he advised on over 20 transactions. He has transaction experience with both private and publicly listed clients across Europe, the US and Asia, and has worked on sell-side and buy-side mandates, take-privates as well as corporate divestitures. Fabian holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Munich’s Ludwig-Maximilians-University.
