Palmer O'Sullivan is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal's Private Equity Services group in New York. She serves as a strategic and tactical initiator in developing private equity relationships for the group. With over 18 years of marketing and business development experience, Ms. O'Sullivan works with clients through the private equity deal cycle, providing solutions for their due-diligence, and post-close performance improvement needs. Prior to joining A&M, Ms. O'Sullivan spent seven years at the Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG) working with the firm's private equity clients in a business development and marketing role. Ms. O'Sullivan earned a bachelor’s degree from Trinity College and completed the Hansard Society Program through the London School of Economics. She serves on the Marketing Committee for the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) NY, and on the Administrative Board of the Society of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
