Bio

Greg Larson serves as Chief Executive Officer overseeing all AW lines of business as well as executing investment banking transactions. Mr. Larson joined Allison-Williams in November 2010 to specifically assist investors, managers and directors with the capital formation and profitability needs of their business enterprises. Mr. Larson is a 53 year old investment banking journeyman with specific industry expertise in community banking. He has a 30 year track record of innovative solutions and planning, successful execution and proven results helping companies form capital from profitable operations, merger, acquisition, and equity issuance. Mr. Larson has extensive relationships with financial institutions in the Upper Midwest. He has organized and arranged over $300,000,000 in capital for his clients. Mr. Larson “puts his money where his mouth is.” He is actively involved in the ownership and oversight of Plato Holdings/Drake Bank in St. Paul, MN and maintains meaningful passive investments in five other privately held community banks. Currently, Mr. Larson serves as a director for Plato Holdings, Inc. the one bank holding company for Drake Bank in St. Paul. As an investor and director for Plato, Mr. Larson serves as a director for Drake Bank. He co-chairs the bank’s Asset-Liability Committee and sits on the Board Credit, Appraisal, Compensation and Audit Committees of the bank. Mr. Larson has an undergraduate degree from St. John’s University in Collegeville, MN and maintains FINRA Series 7 (general), 24 (principal), 63 (state blue sky), and 79 (investment banking) licenses.
