Olivier Guignon started his career as a lawyer during 3 years and then spent 13 years in the Legal and Financial Affairs of Lazard, as Director, where he has been involved in several transactions involving listed companies (public takeovers, anti-takeover defenses). He then joined Oddo Corporate Finance in 2012 as a Partner in charge of stock-market engineering. Olivier Guignon is a leading presenting banker on the French marker. He has filed 40 tender offers in France. Mr. Guignon holds degrees from ESCP, the Université Panthéon-Assas and the Barreau de Paris.
