Bio

Nicolas has 15 years of M&A experience across various sectors including industrial, aerospace, retail and consumer goods. He has advised families, entrepreneurs, corporates and private equity clients on domestic and cross-border transactions. He joined Alantra after spending 10 years with C.W. Downer & Co, the US-boutique investment bank acquired by Alantra in 2016. He is a graduate from the National Institute of Telecommunication (INT) and holds an Advanced Master in Finance from ESCP Europe.
