Bio

Francesco has over 15 years of experience in investment banking and principal investment experience. From 2009 to 2011 he was a direct investor in the Italian renewable energy sector via EPI (Energie Pulite Italia). From 2011, Francesco run an advisory activity at Terium, covering a wide client base including banks, asset managers, insurance companies and family offices. Most recently he has been Co-Head of Investment Banking at Eufidia Financial Advisory and Co-Head of Private Investment Banking at Nextam Partners (Banca Generali Group) in charge of strategic and corporate finance advisory services with a focus on mid-caps across different sectors. He held various roles running origination, sales and client solutions at a number of bulge bracket banks including UBS, Banca IMI and Royal Bank of Scotland where he was involved in the origination, structuring and execution of Eurobonds, HY bonds, private placements and structured bonds for Southern European corporates. Francesco holds a Global Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi, Milan.
