Dragan Manoev is a Managing Director in the Technology Group based in Boston . He adds significant industry expertise and transaction experience in the Enterprise Software/SaaS, Cloud Computing & Infrastructure, Industrial Technology and IT Services sectors. Dragan is a Technology investment banking veteran having spent his entire 20-year career at Lazard Freres & Co. LLC group where he was a senior member of TMT & Software group. While at Lazard, he was involved in a broad range of M&A, capital markets and restructuring advisory assignments in addition to advising several emerging growth/mid-sized technology companies and private equity firms. He played a key role in expanding the firm’s client base among the largest players in this segment, participating in transformational M&A deals for clients such as Google, IBM, Microsoft, HP, VMware, SAP, Trimble Navigation, and Kofax, as well as a number of mid-market and emerging companies and investors across multiple software sectors and geographies, including Telerik, Astute Solutions, Bluebeam among others. He holds a BA in Mathematical Economics specializing in finance/accounting from Pomona College.
