Andrew formed AHP Partners in July 2012. He and his team advise on mergers and acquisitions, portfolio acquisitions and business development in the UK credit card market. Prior to this, Andrew spent nearly 10 years with the Kessler Group, initially running the international business from London and finally spending 3 years as President of the company based in Boston where he was closely involved in TD’s acquisition of MBNA Canada, Capital One’s acquisition of Hudson Bay card programme and Bank of America’s disposal of their Irish business and certain other card portfolios in North America. Before joining Kessler, Andrew was a Board Director (Retail Banking) of Abbey National plc. Prior to joining Abbey, he spent five years at the Bank of England.
