Bio

Tyler is a co-founder and Principal of AEC Advisors LLC. Tyler's entire career has been focused on corporate finance advisory, mergers & acquisitions, financial sponsors, financial modeling, and investment analysis. Prior to forming AEC Advisors LLC, Tyler worked in several corporate finance advisory and investing roles, including as a Vice President at EFCG, a special situations investment analyst at Gansett Companies, as well an investment banking associate at Ducera Partners. Tyler graduated from Harvard University and subsequently received an MBA with Distinction from NYU Stern. He was also a two-year captain of the Harvard varsity baseball team.
