Michael Adler, serves as Strategic Advisor to the firm. He is a senior level executive with extensive strategic, operating and investment experience. He currently serves as Chairman of the Executive Committee of Altus Equity and a board member of the North Bay Angels, where he chairs its Mezzanine Finance Committee. Prior to that, he served as Chairman, and CEO of MotoPhoto, Inc., a publicly traded NASDAQ company that operated and franchised 450 retail imaging centers in three countries. Michael has earned numerous community service awards, including the Jewish Community Council, the Dr. Allan L. Wasserman Memorial Leadership Award, the City of Dayton, "Community Service" Award, the Jaycee Award, the "Top Ten Outstanding Young Men" for Montgomery County, the National Association of Counties for Strategic Planning, the William B. Cockcroft Form on Free Enterprise Award, and the Executive of the Year, Dayton Business Journal. Michael earned a Juris Doctorate degree from The Ohio State University College of Law, and a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Ohio State.
