Eslam Salah El Dessouky is a Partner in the Firm’s Litigation and Intellectual Property Department. He specializes in labour law and handles individual and collective labour disputes, collective employment bargaining, drafting of employment and lease agreements, registration of trademarks, computer program patents and other patent rights. Mr. El Dessouky has a vast experience in conducting legal due diligence reports on a variety of companies in Egypt, he also participates in privatization matters and has experience in the capital market law. Mr. El Dessouky drafts on a day to day basis legal opinions in a number of legal fields. He obtained his LLB from Zakazik University, Banha. He has been a practicing lawyer since the year 2000.
