Jamie Beal represents private equity firms, public and private acquirers, and target companies in a variety of acquisitions, dispositions and restructurings. Jamie has represented a wide variety of clients supporting all aspects of their business activities, including acquisitions, dispositions, add-on investments and financing transactions. For her private equity and family office clients, Jamie regularly serves as outside General Counsel to their portfolio companies, helping the companies navigate legal and business challenges on a day-to-day basis. She’s represented many of her clients for years, leading their business transactions and managing their legal affairs. Jamie is committed to bringing about social, political and economic change that empowers women and girls and is actively involved in Planned Parenthood and other philanthropic organizations focusing on community support of women, girls and families.
