Sameh Kamal, Partner, joined ZH in 2012 with significant experience representing clients in corporate, commercial, financial transactions and related securities, banks settlements, incorporation of companies, securitization, securities lending, investment management, private equity, mutual funds, and leveraged acquisitions. Throughout his career, he aptly maintained successful cooperation with government entities, authorities, and public companies in relation to sovereign backed transactions as well as with private entities. Sameh also has a solid track record of successfully closing large-scale and mega infrastructure projects in the different sectors including the electricity and power sectors such as: Feed-in-Tariff schemes, independent power production, underground garages, trains, metro, petrochemicals, and other public service projects. He has advised international sponsors on the best structures for implementing all project phases including project finance aspects – from the legal perspective as well as from the business and strategic perspectives.
