Yeana Lee Bio

Yeana Lee is a partner in the Corporate & Finance Group at Yulchon. Ms. Lee received her B.S. from Yonsei University, her J.D. from Chonnam National University Law School, and her LL.M. from UC Berkeley School of Law. Ms. Lee worked as a Global Visiting Lawyer in the Corporate Group at Covington & Burling LLP. Ms. Lee’s primary practice areas include Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, Venture Capital, Startups and Capital Markets, and she regularly advises clients on global market entry, AI regulations, foreign exchange regulations, and general corporate matters.
