Seungbum Lee Bio

Seungbum Lee is a partner in the Corporate & Finance Practice at Yulchon. Mr. Lee concentrates his practice in the areas of cross border M&A transactions, foreign direct investments and antitrust cases. Before joining Yulchon, Mr. Lee worked at Kim & Chang for 14 years successfully representing domestic and international companies, especially numerous leading Japanese companies in the auto, electronics and chemical industries. In addition to his M&A and antitrust practice, Mr. Lee also regularly assists international companies with their operations in the Korean market on various issues, which includes regulatory matters, licensing and international disputes.
